Our Team

The dedicated volunteers leading Not One More – York Chapter.

Our team is made up of compassionate volunteers who devote their time, skills, and lived experience to supporting individuals and families impacted by substance use disorder in York County. Every member brings a unique perspective — from organizing community programs and outreach to offering guidance, education, and support. Together, we work to honor those we’ve lost, empower those still struggling, and uplift the loved ones walking beside them.

As a fully volunteer-led chapter, we believe in the power of collaboration, empathy, and service. Our team works behind the scenes and in the community to carry out the mission of Not One More: raising awareness, reducing stigma, and building a network of hope. We are proud to serve our community and grateful for the opportunity to make a meaningful difference, one day and one person at a time.

Alyssa Rohrbaugh

Alyssa Rohrbaugh

Co-Founder/President

A cofounder of Not One More–York, Alyssa reached out when she heard about Vickie Glatfelter’s efforts to help those with substance use disorder and their loved ones. Her own son, Tanner, was struggling with addiction at the time. The two formed NOM in 2014; until Vickie’s death in 2021, they grew the organization in various ways.

Today, NOM–York is a provider of financial assistance for those with addiction, a means of comfort for families whose loved ones are addicted or have been lost to overdose, and an advocate for all who need access to resources. Alyssa is currently president of NOM–York.

Mary Dolheimer

Vice President

Mary currently serves as Vice President for Not One More–York. She became involved with the organization after attending a social event hosted by NOM–York in 2015, at which time her son was incarcerated on drug charges.

Throughout her own journey of recovery, with support from NOM, she has become a passionate advocate for those with addiction issues and their families. Mary also serves as Senior Director of Public Relations at Millersville University.

Angela Lyle

Board Member

Angela lost her only sister, Leigh, to a Heroin overdose in April of 2012. She became active in the addiction awareness community to further educate herself and provide support to others.

Angela joined Not One More-York in 2015 and can often be seen volunteering with her treasured team: her husband, Travis, and daughter, Kaya. Angela is personally driven by empathy, kindness, and a desire to erase the stigma surrounding addiction.

Cindy Heath

Co Facilitator of Support Groups

After losing her son Adam in 2007, Cindy Heath was drawn to Gaudenzia’s Substance Abuse Treatment Programs, especially the Chambers Hill Adolescent Rehab. She recruited other volunteers to help with a variety of activities for young addicts. Cindy learned about Not One More – York when she met a co-founder at the Mason/Dixon Drug Task Force meeting in Delta, Pennsylvania.

She currently serves as the facilitator for the York C.A.R.E.S. support group and organizes the calendar of events for Family Connections, a group for “kinship families,” those in which children live with or are being cared for by grandparents or other relatives due to the impact of substance use disorder. Along with Gina Slenker, Cindy has the opportunity to plan the curriculum and schedule for the children who are attending Fences and Bridges.

Gina Slenker

C.A.R.E.S Co-Facilitator & Support Group Committee of Family Connections

Gina Slenker started learning everything she could about addiction around 2013 when her youngest daughter, Jacki, was arrested and could no longer deny that she struggled with substance use disorder (SUD). Gina joined several groups to gather as much knowledge as possible on addiction and recovery. As she focused all of her attention on Jacki, she was unaware that her eldest daughter, Stefanie, also struggled with substance use; Stefanie lost her battle on Nov. 4, 2018.

The loss of Stefanie, along with the frightening realization of possibly losing two children to this disease, brought her to C.A.R.E.S., Not One More–York’s support group for those whose lives were impacted by addiction. From there, she gained the support of others who were aware of what she was going through and passed no judgement. Wanting to get more involved, she began volunteering for NOM–York, and in 2021, became a committee member for Family Connections, a group whose primary focus is assisting grandparents/kinship families raising or helping to raise children impacted by SUD. She is trained as a parent coach for the Partnership to End Addiction and represents South central PA, sitting on the Parent Advisory Council for the PA Department of Drug and Alcohol.

Dorothy Cadden

Board Member

Dorothy’s daughter, Caitlin Emily Cadden, passed away from an accidental heroin overdose on April 26, 2015, at 23 years old. The York County Coroner referred her to a woman, Vickie Glatfelter, who was willing to talk with people who experienced the tragic loss of a child to overdose. A complete stranger helped her in that moment more than anyone else could. Vickie was the past president and co-founder of Not One More-York Chapter. Sadly, she passed away in 2021.

Since then, Dorthy has been actively involved with the group and their many acts of kindness for the recovery community and those in active addiction. She joined the board of Not One More in 2022. She hopes to help educate people and to talk to whoever will listen to her about addiction. The stigma surrounding addiction needs to stop now.
